  • Nani Shells designer Tash beach combs and freedives throughout Hawaii, removing trash and collecting ocean treasures to transform into handmade Hawaiian jewelry. Every pearl, puka shell, cone shell, cowrie shell, and seaglass used in our ocean-inspired jewelry is unique, with its own distinct shape, color, and texture. Because of this natural variation, no two pieces are the same, ensuring that every piece we offer is one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry. We take pride in the natural beauty of our materials and showcase their uniqueness in every creation.

  • All orders are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, which is why they typically take 1–2 weeks to create. If you need an item to ship urgently, please don’t hesitate to message us—we’ll do our best to check stock or prioritize your order.

    For your convenience, items that are in stock and ready to ship will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). All other pieces, including custom orders, take 1–2 weeks to process, depending on whether special supplies need to be sourced. Custom pieces will be shipped as soon as they are polished to a bright, sparkling finish.

  • Returns + Exchanges

    Thank you for choosing Nani Shells for your jewelry! We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so please review our Returns and Exchanges policy:

    Returns:

    • We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    • Items must be original, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Custom orders are non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your specifications.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    • Items must be original, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable; exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

    • If the new item is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference. If it is of lower value, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • A 50% deposit is required before starting your custom order, with the balance due upon completion.

    • We will provide photos of your finished piece before shipping and work closely with you to ensure it meets your expectations.

    • If you have concerns with your custom order, please don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we'll be happy to assist you.
