Returns + Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Nani Shells for your jewelry needs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we have created the following Returns + Exchanges policy for our jewelry and custom orders:

Returns:

  • We accept returns for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

  • All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept returns on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

  • Sale items are not eligible for any custom requests on color/shape/size of pearls.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

  • All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept exchanges on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We require a 50% deposit before starting work on a custom order, with the balance due upon completion.

  • We will work closely with you to ensure that your custom order meets your expectations, and we will provide photos of the finished product before shipping.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can work to resolve the issue.
