  • All orders are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, which is why they take 1-2 weeks to create. However, if you require an item to ship out urgently, please don't hesitate to message us. We'll do our best to check if we have the item in stock or create and process your order as soon as humanly possible. For your convenience, if an item is in stock + ready to ship, it will be shipped out within 48 hours of your purchase (excluding holidays and weekends).

    Please note that all other pieces, including custom orders, will take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on whether or not we need to source out special supplies. If we can create your custom piece sooner than later, it will ship out as soon as possible. Custom orders will be shipped out as soon as the item is fully polished to a bright sparkle.

    Returns:

    We accept returns for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    We do not accept returns on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Exchanges:

    We accept exchanges for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    We do not accept exchanges on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

    Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Custom Orders:

    Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We require a 50% deposit before starting work on a custom order, with the balance due upon completion.

    We will work closely with you to ensure that your custom order meets your expectations, and we will provide photos of the finished product before shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can work to resolve the issue.
